Shipping Policy



Order Processing Time


  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been fulfilled.



Shipping Methods & Tracking


  • Small domestic orders (stickers) will be shipped in a lightweight envelope via standard USPS First-Class Mail and do not include a tracking number. This is to keep shipping costs low.
  • Larger orders or international shipments will be sent with tracking, so you can monitor your package.



Estimated Delivery Times


  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
  • International: 2–4 weeks (may vary depending on customs and postal service)



Lost or Damaged Packages


  • For orders shipped without tracking, we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • For orders shipped with tracking, we will assist with claims if the package is lost or delayed.


Damaged Items

 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or solution.

 


Note: By placing an order, you acknowledge that small, lightweight orders shipped without tracking are at the risk of USPS handling, and no replacement or refund will be provided for lost packages.
